Contest Methodology:
-Online user will be required to visit www.facebook.com/kotakbank to participate in this contest.
-The user will need to "Like" the Kotak Bank Facebook page to become a member
-The user will participate in three different types of questions viz. Simplify, Make the Right Choice, and Match the Words.
-The user will answer 5 questions of each type related to banking.
-After this the user will need to fill a slogan "Resolutions I take to manage my money better�"
Contest Terms and Conditions:
By participating in the "Kotak Bank Sabse Smart contest", you (i.e. "the Contestant") accept and agree to the following:
1.The Contest is open to Indian citizens who are residents of India and above the age of eighteen (18) years. In the event that a person is below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the Prize (defined below).
2.To enter the contest, you must be a member of www.facebook.com/kotakbank.
3.You must provide complete and valid information to qualify for entry. Any email address that bounces (returned undeliverable) will be deleted from the contest immediately.
4.The Contest period will be from August 17th to Sept 16th
5.The Customer will need to answer 15 questions related to Banking.
6.The Customer answering all 15 questions correctly and who completes the slogan will be eligible to win the prizes each week.
7.To avail your gift vouchers, a mail from our side will be sent to the winners with the details of the voucher and steps to be followed to redeem it.
8.Vouchers and unused portions of the e-Gift vouchers will expire on completion of 1 year from the date of issue. The Vouchers not redeemed shall be treated as cancelled and no claims will be entertained thereafter.
9.Beyond the stated prize, Kotak Mahindra Bank shall not be liable to the winners on any account whatsoever.
10.The prize is non-transferable and non-encashable.In an event the winner rejects the prize offered the winner shall not be entitled to claim any other prize in lieu thereof.
11.Kotak Mahindra Bank only undertakes the obligation of delivery of the on-line voucher
12.Kotak Mahindra Bank is not liable for any non-delivery or shortfall or deficiency in service / product provided by the participating merchant.
13.Kotak Mahindra Bank reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages.
14.In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this contest, the decision of Kotak Mahindra Bank shall be final and binding on all concerned.
15.The e-Gift vouchers issued can be redeemed against online purchases made through Flipkart.com website.
Winner Selection Process:
-There will be 10 online vouchers being given away each week for the winners.
-A total of 40 online vouchers will be given for the entire month of the contest.
-To become eligible you must answer all questions correctly and complete the slogan
-The weekly list of 10 winners will be put up on Facebook tab.
-Prize notification will also be sent to the email address submitted by the participant at the end of contest.
