There are a number of services by which you can get cricket scores.
1. There are 5-digit Numbers. You send a message to these number and you get cricket score as reply. BUT, sending SMS to these numbers costs you Rs 3. If you have a SMS pack costs you Rs 3.
2. There are few mobile numbers on which you miss call. And you will get the cricket score. Problem is that there is considerable delay in getting the reply. Sometimes you don't get any reply at all. Plus, there is limit to how many times you can get an update in a day.
3. There are few 5-digit Numbers. You have to send SMS to register once and they send you cricket updates. Problem is that you don't get ON-DEMAND scores.
So, let me tell you about the best service that i have come along so far.

and for schedules, @cricbuzz schedule.
This is Karnataka number, so if you live outside the state, it will charge you national SMS charges.
You need to send SMS each time to know scores as these are not auto updates.
But plus point is that, you get real-time updates, detailed scores and if you have a SMS pack, it wont cost you even a penny.
