Terms And Conditions

• The Promotion Period is from Dec 05 to Dec 25, 2011 (including both days) (the “Promotion Period”).
• The surprise gift decleration will start after the complete promotion goes live on www.tradus.in
• Buyers spending Rs.2000 (after gift voucher discounts. If, any) or more are eligible to enter the lucky draw and winning surprise gifts
• Lucky Draw will be system generated for iPads and will be held on 12th , 19th and 26th of Dec
• The 3 iPads given as weekly gifts will be 16GB(3G + Wifi) 
• Lucky Draw for the Grand Prize will be system generated and will be held on 30th Dec 2011
• The Lucky Draw results will be published on christmas carnival promotion page and Tradus Fan page on Facebook from Dec 12, 2011 to Jan 12, 2012. Winners will also be notified by email individually within one week upon the drawing date.
• A 30% TDS has to be borne by the winners of all gifts which are equal to or more than Rs.10,000/
• The Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items and cannot be transferred to other persons.
• If the surprise gift won is out of stock, Tradus reserves the right to replace them with alternate offers of goods without prior notice.
• The surprise gifts will be dispatched by Tradus after the user has received all products purchased under each eligible transaction during promotion duration
• Winner must redeem the Grand Prize(Trip to Dubai Shopping Festival) on or before the designated date stated on the winning notification sent by Tradus otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.
• Tradus reserves the final decision for Prize distribution details.
• Employees and their immediate family members of Tradus, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd and its subsidiaries and employees and their immediate family members of the agency are not eligible for the Lucky Draw.
• Tradus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may withdraw or discontinue the promotion without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Tradus
• If the customer cancels one or more products from the transaction & total purchase value goes below 2000/-, customer will not be eligible to receive the surprise gift
