HOW IT WORKS

• Simple. Take a food shot (with or without your foodie-self in it)
• Share it on Instagram, mentioning the hashtag #Zomato in the caption (e.g. Butter Chicken at The Great Punjab Restaurant #Zomato).
  Photographs without the tag will not be eligible.
• Multiple entries allowed
• The best picture wins a digital camera (winner will be decided based on quality, content, votes)
• Other awesome goodies up for grabs for the pictures that make us drool the most!
• Contest ends 10:00 AM, Monday, 30th July 2012

FINE PRINT

• Users can submit more than one picture. Please make each entry as unique as possible to increase your chances of winning.
• In contributing to Zomato.com you agree to grant us a royalty-free, exclusive license to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, sublicense, adapt, modify, create derivative works from (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the photograph(s) in other works, in any and all markets and media, whether now known or hereafter developed - only for the winning photograph. For all other submissions, Zomato will only have the right to indefinitely host these photographs on the website and/or any other Zomato owned properties (Facebook fan page etc..) with due credit to the creator/uploader.
• By participating in the contest, you agree that Zomato’s publishing, displaying of the photograph(s) will not infringe on any rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights anywhere in the world.
• Content of photographs: While Zomato reviews contest entries, it does not otherwise assume responsibility for the content of any photographs. You agree to not post any content deemed offensive/obscene.
• Selection of photographs: The choice of which photographs are selected as winner(s) is at the sole discretion of Zomato.com and cannot be disputed.
