Please read the following terms and conditions; by proceeding to participate in the contest, you accept and agree to be bound by them: -

The contest is open from 25th July 2012 and shall be valid till 2nd August 2012 Noon IST.
Selection of the winner will be done by IndiaCakes. No explanation or justification will be provided for the selection of the winner - the decision of India Cakes shall be final and binding.
The winner may be announced through IndiaCakes' Facebook page, and shall be on display for a limited period - as the organizers may deem appropriate.
The reward will not be replaced if damaged either in transit or on receipt by the winner. However, efforts will be made to ensure that the reward is handled with care and caution.
On the announcement of the winner, he or she will be required to provide his/her shipping address immediately after receiving the information about his/her winning the competition. The organizer reserves the right to replace the winner in case of no receipt of the said information from the winner within 24 hours of being contacted by email or through Facebook. Requests to ship gifts outside India shall not be entertained.
The gift is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-encashable and non-assignable in the name of any other person.
IndiaCakes reserves the right to publish the winner's name along with his/her picture & his/her sibling's picture on its website, and social-media platforms.
The organisers reserve the right to change/modify the contest or terms and conditions at any time at their discretion and without assigning any reason. The organisers also reserve the right to suspend the competition before the its stipulated last date.
In case of any dispute or difference, the decision of IndiaCakes shall be final and binding on all concerned.
IndiaCakes or its authorized representative, reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant, who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with the conditions for entering the contest.
Participation in the contest implies the acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
