ALLIANCE FILMS BLU-RAY MAKES IT BETTER CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Contest Sponsor, Administrator and PeriodBy entering the Alliance Films Blu-ray Makes It Better contest ("Contest"), you accept the following rules for this Contest.
   
   • Sponsor and Administrator: Alliance Films Inc. ("Sponsor") is the sponsor of this Contest and Hooplah Inc. ("Adminstrator") is the administrator of this Contest.
   • The Contest begins at 7:00 pm (Eastern) on July 18, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm (Eastern) on August 19th, 2012 ("Contest Period").
2. EligibilityThe Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority* in their province or territory of residence as of the Contest start date. The Contest is not open to employees and those domiciled with employees of the Sponsor, the Administrator or any of their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, licensees, advertising and promotional agencies ("Related Parties"). The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the age of potential prize winners and that such persons are not employees (or domiciled with employees) of any Related Parties.
   *Note: The age of majority is 19 years in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut and Yukon Territories and 18 years in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.
3. How to EnterNo purchase necessary. To Enter you must complete the "Challenge" on the Blu-ray Makes It Better Facebook Tab found at https://www.facebook.com/AllianceFilms and fill out the form as indicated. You must also have a valid and working email address at the time of entering the contest.
   Please note that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook or YouTube. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor or the Administrator, not to Twitter, Facebook or YouTube.
   
   You may also enter the Contest by identifying all eighty eight (88) movies showcased in the Blu-ray Makes It Better sizzle reel, as well as your full name, age, residential address, email address and phone number on a plain piece of paper and mailing it to:

   Mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor before the end of the Contest Period or else they will be ineligible and not included in the draw.
4. Entrant's Personal InformationBy entering the Contest, all entrants consent to the Sponsor's collection, use and disclosure of personal information to any third party (including the Administrator) for the purposes of administering the Contest and unless otherwise specified, for consumer research and marketing purposes. To the extent permitted by law, upon entering into this Contest, each entrant agrees to the Sponsor's use of his/her personal information as described in its privacy policy located at www.alliancefilms.com/en/privacy
   Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Also, any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
   In the event of a dispute as to any registration or entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the individual assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
5. Draw and Chance of WinningRandom Prize Draw and Winner Selection: For the Grand Prize, an impartial computer-generated random draw will be made on August 22nd, 2012, at or around 3:00 p.m. ET from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The chance of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
6. How to Qualify if a Selected EntrantTo qualify for and claim the Prize, the selected entrant must:
   
   1. be reachable by telephone or email by the Sponsor within 24 hours or three attempts to contact over a 12-hour period following the draw, whichever comes first;
   2. fill out and sign a Prize Winner Declaration and Release (1) stating that he or she has read, understood and complied with the Official Rules, (2) stating that he or she accepts the Prize as awarded, and (3) discharging the Contest Sponsor and its affiliates and suppliers of all claims for damages, losses or injuries resulting from the Contest;
   3. return the Winner's Declaration and Release Form to the Sponsor, to the specified address, within 24 hours following receipt of the document; and answer a skill testing question
7. Prize
   1. There is one (1) Grand Prize to be won at the end of the Contest Period, consisting of the following:
      1. 88 Mystery Blu-rays (consisting of the 88 Movies highlighted in the Alliance Films Blu-ray Makes It Better Sizzle Reel)
      2. 47" Toshiba Passive 3D TV
      3. Toshiba Blu-ray Player
      4. The approximate retail value of each Blu-ray is $25 CAN, The approximate retail value of the 47" Toshiba Passive 3D TV is $1,399 CAN, The approximate retail value of the Toshiba Blu-ray Player is $119.99
   and the approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,718.99
8. GeneralThe Sponsor shall not be liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, not received, stolen, mutilated, or illegible entries. By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, none will be returned and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants who will be notified by telephone or e-mail. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who fail to follow these Contest rules or who make any misrepresentation relating to the Contest, drawing and redemption of the Prize. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal legislation. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name, photograph, and/or voice recording for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
   The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any failure of the website or any wireless network failure during the Contest or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet entry to be received by the Sponsor. In addition, the Sponsor shall not be responsible due to technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or wireless network, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer, or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
