With these sentiments in our hearts, let's ring in the Independence Day celebrations with our exciting contest.



Instructions

 Follow these 3 simple steps to participate.

1) Submit your name & contact details.

2) Choose any 1 out of 3 cover image templates to create your contest entry.

3) Upload images as per the selected template, add caption and submit your entry.

Once you create and submit your entry it will go through a screening process, once this is cleared we will email your cover image to you. Then you can use this image as your profile cover image on Facebook and tag Nikon India as well.

Terms And Conditions

1. 

1. In order to be eligible the photos being submitted via the entry should be owned by the participant.
2. By submitting the photos in the contest the participant is acknowledging that: i) They own the photo, ii) There’s no violation of copyrights whatsoever and iii) The participant is completely accountable for the submitted photo.
3. Images complementing the theme and quality of the image would be the criteria for short-listing and for selection of the winners.
4. Photographs should be of minimum 150kb
5. All contest entries are to be submitted through the Contest iframe only. 
6. Entries posted on the wall will not be accepted.
7. Your message/caption/slogan shared within the contest entry should be limited to 50 characters only; entries exceeding this limit could be disqualified.
8. Image should not contain any watermark, website address, logo, trademark or e-mail id on it. Tampered, morphed, graphically enhanced images will be disqualified.
9. Images should not contain the National Flag of India.
10. Participants can submit multiple entries but short-listing will be solely at the discretion of Nikon India Pvt. Ltd.
11. Photo entries will be accepted from 14th August to 19th August 2012 only.
12. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, objectionable or corrupt entries will not be considered.
13. The announcement of the winners will be made via the contest i-Frame.
14. Final winners will be selected and announced at the sole discretion of Nikon India Pvt. Ltd..
15. All prizes/awards/titles are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
16. The gratification to the winners will be decided by and will be delivered to the winner within 30 days after the contest is closed, provided all the personal details asked for are submitted fully and correctly. 
17. The winner shall not have any rights to claim, loss or costs from Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. for delay in delivery of the Prize on any grounds whatsoever.
18. Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the contest rules or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
19. Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. won’t be liable for the warranty and service of the gift/prize items given as gratification.
20. Winners may be asked to collect his gift from any nearby Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. Or its associate’s premises. He/She could be asked for national identity proof documents and Nikon India reserves the right to take photo of the winner while felicitating the gratification and use it in its various objectives.
21. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, FacebookAny information provided by a participant will be used by Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. and not Facebook.
22. This Program is subject to force majeure conditions that are beyond the control of Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. Eligibility criteria  for participation in the Program:

The Program shall be applicable for individuals who are:                             

 i.    Residents of India,                           

 ii.    Above the age of 18 (Eighteen) years of age

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Program:                         

i.    Employees of Nikon India Pvt.Ltd.                         

ii.    Employees & affiliates of the campaign management firm.

Participation in this Program shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and of any rules and regulations already announced.
