- Tata Motors Full Throttle Contest ("Contest") is promoted by Tata Motors Full Throttle, Utility Vehicle Product Group, One IndiaBulls, 20th Floor, Tower 2, Senapati Bapat Marg, Mumbai 400 013, India ("Promoter").
- By entering the Contest, users are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of the Application.
- The decisions of the Promoter for all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects.
- The Contest shall run from 23rd July, 2012
Terms of Use of Contest
- The Contest can be used only by fans who are 13 years of age or above. The fans can enter the contest any number of times they may wish to. You are responsible for all personal details submitted and captured in the Contest.
- Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries submitted but not received or recorded due to any reason whatsoever.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for any delay, failure in transmission of information due to net work, technical, electronic failures or any other conditions beyond the control of the Promoter.
Company Property/Personal Information/Consent
