CONTEST AND PARTICIPATION
The Reliance Mobile My Multitasking Moment Contest’ (the “Contest”) is organized
and conducted by Genx Entertainment Limited (“Genx”) and sponsored by Reliance
Communications Ltd (“Reliance”) on Genx’s channel “Bindass” (the “Channel”).
The following terms and conditions shall apply governing participation in the Contest
(the “Terms and Conditions”):
1. In order to participate in the Contest, each Participant (the “Participant(s)”)
must log on to www.bindass.com/reltab_contest (“Website”) and correctly
answer the question mentioned on the Website. Only correct Entries received
within the Contest Period shall be eligible for the chance to win the Prize.
2. The Contest begins on August 27, 2012 (at 00:00 hours Indian Standard Time)
and shall end on August 31, 2012 (23:55 hours Indian Standard Time) (the
“Contest Period”). The Entries in respect of the Contest question shall be
submitted within the Contest Period. Entries received after the Contest Period
shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.
3. The winner of the Contest shall be selected amongst the list of correct Entries
received, by using randomizer (the “Winner”).
4. There shall be only 1 (one) Winner of the Contest who shall be eligible for a
“Reliance Mobile 3G Tab” (the “Prize”).
