Terms And Conditions

Please note that the theme is 'Celebrating 65 years of Indian Independence'. All the photos sent across by our participants have to be around the above mentioned theme. 

1. Please ensure that all the photos are clicked with an HTC Device only. 
2. The photos have to be mailed to contest.htc@gmail.com. 
3. The photos have to be sent with your name, the name of the HTC Device used and an appropriate caption. 
4. All the images sent across by you would be regarded as the marketing assets of HTC India and HTC India holds the rights to use them as and when they want and across any platform they wish to promote it. 
5. If you've got any objections to HTC using the photos clicked by you across their platforms, please donot send your photographs in participation for the contest. 

Incentives:

1. There are prizes in three categories: Grand Prize: 1 HTC One X, HTC Amazing Shots: 2 HTC Desire C Devices and The Best Shot of the Day: An HTC Goody Bag. 
2. The contest closes on August 15' 2012 at 2 PM and the winners would be announced on the 16th of August' 2012. 

Informing the winners and shipping their prizes:

1. We would be informing all the winners via mail.
2. On getting a mail from our end, the winners have to send in their residential addresses along with scanned copies of their ID proofs. 
3. The prizes should be shipped within 4-6 weeks of announcing the winners.
