Terms & Conditions:
1. This contest is being conducted by J.K. Helen Curtis Ltd, (JKHC) from 16th July to 28th August 2012.
2. Only Indian Nationals, residing in India aged above 18 years can participate in this Contest.
3. Purchase of any JKHC products is not a condition precedent to participate in this Contest.
4. One can participate in this Contest by allowing access to the contest application on http://www.facebook.com/ParkAvenueGrooming by filling up the questionnaires therein.
5. A person sending a valid entry in the aforesaid manner shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Participant”.
6. The three participants who come on top of the leader board will be selected as the winners every week.
7. JKHC makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize.
8. JKHC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be incurred, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of using the prize.
9. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash claim whatsoever can be made in lieu of the prize.
10. Prize is subject to change without prior notice.
12. The winner will be contacted via Facebook messages or on the mobile number and/ or email addresses provided by him/ her on the Facebook contest application. In case the winner does not respond within the prescribed time limit then his/ her opportunity to win the prize shall stand forfeited and an alternative winner will be chosen.
13. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of the JKHC to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by JKHC to conduct further, similar or other offers in future.
14. JKHC would not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom and E-mails service provider. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
15. The Participants can submit their timings multiple times.
16. The entries submitted by the Participants shall become the property of JKHC and JKHC shall have the right to use the entries of winner in any manner whatsoever, without paying any compensation and/or consideration to the respective winner.
17. The contact details captured by the Facebook application will be maintained by JKHC and will be used by JKHC for communicating the promotional messages, which the participant authorizes by filing up this form.
18. Participants authorizes JKHC to send voice messages and SMS alerts/email messages including promotional messages to their telephone number or email id, through which they have participated in this Contest.
19. Employees of the JKHC, its affiliates, its holding company; Quasar and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
20. The holding of the contest is subject to force majeure conditions.
21. JKHC reserves its right to change, discontinue, extend the contest and/or the terms and conditions thereof and/or the winners without requiring giving any prior notice to the Participants.
22. JKHC will not be liable to resent or replace gratification/gifts if damaged or lost during transit.
23. Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.
