You will be asked to submit your personal details. To be a part of the Sweepstakes click on “Go Full Flat” and upload your photos as per the instructions mentioned.

(b) Eligibility:

To be eligible for the contest the registration of the member must be complete in all respects. All Citizens and Residents of India are eligible to take part in this promotion. You must be 18 years or older to be eligible for this promotion. Entries received after the stipulated time will not be eligible for entry in the draw. Employees of Lufthansa German Airlines, their affiliates, immediate families thereof, as well as employees of Lufthansa's advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.
Lufthansa reserves the right to extend the promotion period.
Participants and winners will be expected to provide the Company with such proof of identity, as the Company, in its sole discretion, may require including the copy of passport. No subscription to Lufthansa German Airlines or purchase or payment of any fee is required for participating.

Participants are warned against using the lying flat positions/places/locations used for Go Full Flat activity in real life situations. Participants are advised not to attempt the lying full flat act required for the application, in dangerous positions and locations. Virtual images created with selected backgrounds should not be attempted in reality. Any such attempt will be at participant’s own risk. Lufthansa cannot be held responsible/liable for the consequences arising out the same.

Disclaimer (Grand prize):

• Lufthansa hold the right to ask for the identification proof in the form of a valid passport copy, latest /recent passport size profile picture, voter’s ID or any other document to validate the personal identification and the address proof. The details provided will be verified by the company. A valid passport is however mandatory to claim Grand Prize.

• The winner and/or the participant of the promotion agrees that he/she shall make himself/herself available from time to time and co-operate with the Company and participate in any activity and/or campaign (“Promotional Activity”) of any nature whatsoever, without any compensation. • Participants must hold the copyright of the images that you are uploading. Images that are considered to infringe the copyright or trademarks of other individuals, organisations or companies will not be permitted and Lufthansa does not take any responsibility for the use of any such images.
• Participants must not upload photographs that contain objectionable content, including but not limited to nudity, violence, and other offensive, illegal or inappropriate images. Lufthansa reserves the right to delete any obscene/ abusive photographs or videos and to block the users doing so.
• Entries will be valid only if the background used is one of the image options provided in the application.

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Administrator shall be final. The promotion Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any winners should any of the promotion rules and regulations are breached. No correspondence shall be entertained.
Each participant agrees to release the Administrator and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of the Administrator, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. 4. Drawing and Notification:

Winners will be determined by random drawing from all complete entries received. No correspondence will be entertained. Results of the Winners will be announced within 21 working days after the stipulated closing date of the Promotion draw. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their profiles are updated and that their names and email id’s have been accurately submitted on the Promotion form. This is to allow the Promotion Administrator to verify the winners for collection of prizes.

The Winners names would be published on www.facebook.com/lufthansaindia or winners will be contacted personally. The Winner will have 14 working days to accept the prize and provide the passport copy and any other identification documents as requested by the promotion Administrator from the date results are posted online on the Promotion website www.facebook.com/lufthansaindia . The promotion Administrator will not be responsible for and will not be liable for any inaccurate or incorrect entry or information by the entrants, which results in any late, misdirected, lost, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. If a winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address and/or contact number provided on entry form within five (5) working days from Promotion Administrator's first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.
