"Lays Heads Or Tails You Win" contest is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited ('Organizer')
Program is open to all Indian citizens above 18 years of age and having a valid Indian Passport except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies ("Participants").
Program is valid from September 11th to September 15th, 2012 ("Program Period"), both the dates inclusive, in India only.
Participants can participate in the Program through Facebook fan page of Lay's India (URL id is: http://www.facebook.com/laysindia)
To participate in the Program the Participant has to be a member of the Lay's India Fan page on Facebook (url: http://www.facebook.com/laysindia). If he is not the member then the below mentioned activity 1-4 have to be followed and if he is a member then he has to go to 'lay's India' fan page on Facebook and follow activity 3-4.

1.	Visit the ‘Lay’s India’ fan page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/laysindia)
2.	Like the Fan page by clicking the ‘Like’ tab on the page and hence become the Member of the fan page.
3.	Fill the entry Id form by filling in name, phone number (preferable a cell-phone number) and email id, date of birth etc.Submit the duly filled entry id form.
4.	The participant is therefrom directed to the questions.

There are total 30 questions. A participant needs to answer maximum question in the span of 5 minutes
- Each correct answer for the first 20 questions carry 6 points each.
- Each correct answer for the next 10 questions carry 12 points each
A participant may invite his/her friends to join the link and can score 20 additional points for every user who joins the link and takes part in the contest by answering the questions.
The first participant with the highest score on 16th September 00:00 hours shall be declared as the winner and winner will get a chance to watch one ICC World T20 2012 cricket match to be held in Sri lanka. In case of a tie, the winner will be decided by means of randomizer tool in the presence of the independent auditors
The winner will be contacted by organiser within 24 hours of declaration of winner through the medium of phone calls .A maximum of 3 phone calls will be made to the winner. In the event of calls being not answered, the organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize. The winner shall scan and send the relevant documents as required by the organisers within the stipulated time.
The organiser believes all the information rendered by the contestant at the time of entering the contest as true and any discrepancy in the same gives organiser the right to forfeit the prize at its discretion.
The trip to Sri Lanka will entitle a winner to a trip for 2 days and 2 nights to Sri Lanka and ticket of any one ICC World T20 2012 cricket match (choice of match at the sole discretion of Organizer). All costs relating to air travel from Delhi, stay (boarding and lodging Organizer's choice of hotel shall be final), food, for the winner will be borne by Organizers. All other expenses not expressly included above will not be borne by Organizers or any other agency on Organizers' behalf, and will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
The winner will have to arrange the passport and visa on their own and at their own cost.
Organizers assume no responsibility in the event of non availability of passport and visa and reserve the right to pass on the prize to next winner with valid documents.
If any winner fails to take the trip when specified by the Organizer, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
The Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this trip for which the winner will be required to sign an indemnity in favour of the Organizer.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellations and/or delays in the train/flights/cars arranged for the winner due to any reason including but not limited to force majeure, logistical problems at the airports/railway stations/roads etc and the winner shall not have any claim against Organizer for the same and shall be deemed to have availed of his/her prize. Organizer shall not be responsible for any such eventuality and the winner undertakes not to claim any compensation from Organizer for the same.
No Purchase Required. Participation is optional .A user can participate in the contest only once.
By participating in the contest the contestant agrees to let their personal information to be used by the organizer for the purpose of this contest.
The Winner will be required to sign receipts, affidavits, indemnity, agreements and/or documents as required by the Organizers at the time of receipt of Prizes.
Winner agrees that the Organizer has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Programme and that all decisions of the Organizer are final and binding.
The Organizers shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the winner for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the winner.
Incomplete entries (name/address/telephone/Entry) will not be considered for the prize.
Prizes are not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the prizes shall be made.
In the event of a death of the prize winner, no claim from the nominees or legal heirs of the prize winner will be entertained for receiving the prize.
This Program cannot be clubbed with any of the Program/Programs.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
Decision of Organizer will be final and binding with regard to offer and prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
The Organizer reserves the right to change/modify/or withdraw the Program without any prior notice of the same at its sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
All disputes relating to this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only.
