Terms And Conditions

1. Eligibility and Contest Period
• Purity Quotient Online Contest ("Contest") by Kent RO Systems Ltd starts at 12.00am on 5th September 2012 and runs till 11.59 pm on 4th October 2012 ("Contest Period"). Entries received after the stipulated time will be ineligible for the prize draw.
• Employees of Kent RO Systems Ltd, its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, agencies, dealers, retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
• The age of participants must be 18 years or more and they must be residing in India
2. Contest Entries
• To participate in the Contest, the Contestant must first like the fan page.
• Once the Contestant likes the page, a quiz application opens. The contestant needs to answer the quiz questions to qualify for the prize.
• The contestants are required to provide details such as contact number, address, e-mail and profession to make them eligible for the contest. The Contestants' Personal Information will only be used by Kent RO Systems Ltd in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
• Kent RO Systems Ltd reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
3. Selection of Winners
• The contest winners will be chosen randomly each week from among the week’s highest scoring contestants.
4. Judging
• The decision of Kent RO Systems Ltd is final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
5. Notification of Contest Winners
• Kent RO Systems Ltd reserves the right to use any other method or medium that deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Contest winners.
• Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to Kent RO Systems Ltd does not represent proof that Kent RO Systems Ltd has received such details.
6. Contest Prizes
• Kent RO Systems Ltd reserves the right to change the prizes without any prior notification.
• Each Contest winner shall be entitled to one (1) prize only.
• Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason and there is no cash alternative.
• Kent RO Systems Ltd reserves the right to request written proof of residency and age of any Contest winner before the prize is dispatched or delivered.
• Kent RO Systems Ltd makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
• Prizes must be claimed in person unless Kent RO Systems Ltd advises otherwise. Identification which includes a photograph will be required (examples include identification card/driving license/passport which displays a photograph of the Contest winner).
• In the event that a Contest winner chooses not to accept a prize, the winner shall forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Kent RO Systems Ltd.
• All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Contest winner, and Kent RO Systems Ltd excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize.
7. Publicity
• Kent RO Systems Ltd reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings or any testimonials and entries of the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives without obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
8. Variation to the Terms & Conditions
• Kent RO Systems Ltd reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.
9. Liability
• Kent RO Systems Ltd will not be responsible or liable for:
• Any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending the quiz entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experience by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and or failure, Kent RO Systems Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Contest at any time.
• Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Contestant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
• Any error (including error in notification of Contest winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, PC hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
10. Disqualification
• Kent RO Systems Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the Kent RO Systems Ltd Website/ Fan Page Use and Access Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained. Kent RO Systems Ltd further reserves the right to cancel, modify suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Kent RO Systems Ltd further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Jurisdiction
• In case of dispute between the winner/contestant and Kent Ro Systems Ltd, jurisdiction will be of Delhi court only.
