Terms and Conditions

1. The campaign is only for residents in India except employees and immediate families of SANYO Electric Co., Ltd, participating retailers and their advertising agencies.

2. Entries that employ vulgarities or defamation of any form will be disqualified.

3. Entrants must send in entries as required in the campaign announcement in order to be eligible. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the campaign announcement will be disqualified. SANYO Electric Co., Ltd will not be responsible for any incomplete or incorrect entries. Users with incomplete or incorrect entries submitted will be disqualified.

4. Entrants are responsible for the accuracy of their particulars that they provide.

5. The referral campaign will begin on 13th September 2012 and end on 25th September 2012, 11:59PM IST. Successful referrals garnered after 25th September 2012, 11:59PM will not be entertained.

6. Entrants must become a fan of the page to qualify for the campaign.

7. The winner will be selected based on the number of successful referrals. The first two hundred entrants with at least 10 successful referrals will get movie tickets for couple.

8. A successful referral refers to the action of “LIKE” of the page by the referred fan due to clicking of the referrer’s unique link generated by the application.

9. The winner will be notified latest by 30th September 2012. Judges decisions are final; no further correspondence will be entertained.

10. The winner will be notified by email after the announcement of the results. The prize is exclusively for the winner and is neither transferable nor exchangeable.

11. Prizes will be delivered through mail/ courier service to the email address/ correspondence address provided. SANYO Electric Co., Ltd., will not be responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Campaign or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; (g) misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof; (h) any typographical/other error in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Campaign.

12. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, SANYO Electric Co., Ltd., in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

13. SANYO Electric Co., Ltd., reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

14. SANYO Electric Co., Ltd, reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any campaign rules at any time without prior notice.

15. SANYO Electric Co., Ltd, reserves the right to disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this campaign or violated the rules. If the campaign cannot be run as planned for any reason, including technical problems, SANYO Electric Co., Ltd, reserves the right to cancel, curtail, modify or suspend the campaign. In the event the campaign is terminated early, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

16. Employees of SANYO Electric Co., Ltd, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children) of each of such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible.

17. By entering campaign, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these campaign rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such campaign. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
