TERMS and CONDITIONS:

• To enter visit www.AtlantisDubaiTreasureHunt.com anytime between 9:00am on Monday 1 October 2012 (Dubai time) and 11:59pm on Sunday 31 March 2013 (Dubai time) - the Competition Period (26 weeks).  When you complete the Atlantis Dubai Treasure Hunt game your name will automatically be entered in the Grand Prize Draw. 
• The Competition is open to individuals globally.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• If you are 18 years of age or under, you will need the permission of your parent or a legal guardian to enter. If you win the Grand Prize you will need to provide us with proof of parental consent before you will be declared the winner. 
• Employees of  Atlantis, The Palm Limited and Kerzner International, as the Sponsor, and Blue Beetle FZ LLC , as the Administrator, and their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies as well as members of any of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
• By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decision of the judges.  Atlantis reserves the right to disqualify any entry determined to be in violation of the letter and/or spirit of these terms and conditions.  Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified from future competitions.
• Individuals can play the Atlantis Dubai Treasure Hunt as many times as they like, but only one valid email address per person will be submitted to the Grand Prize Draw
• The scoring throughout the game has no influence on the Grand Prize Draw. It is designed to provide a competitive element between steps and users.
• There will be one winner whose name will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.  The entrant named on the winning entry form will be considered the winner.  In the case of a dispute, the winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.  All decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The winner will be notified by email on Monday 8 April 2013 and must respond with proof of identity and eligibility before midnight (Dubai time) on Monday 15 April 2013 (the Deadline) to claim the Grand Prize.  Atlantis reserves the right to require the winner to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.  Atlantis reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the winner does not claim the Grand Prize before the Deadline.
• A subsequent public announcement of the winner of the Competition will take place on Atlantis Facebook Fan Page, Twitter, www.AtlantisThePalm.com  www.AtlantisDubaiTreasureHunt.com and through global media.  By claiming the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to make no public announcement in connection with the Competition before Tuesday 16 April 2013.
• The winner of the Competition will receive:
  • A five (5) consecutive night stay at Atlantis, The Palm Resort in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in four (4) deluxe rooms
  • Round‐trip economy flights to Dubai International Airport for the winner and seven (7) family members or friends from their nearest major international airport.
  • Transfers between the airport in Dubai and Atlantis
  • Breakfast daily in Saffron or Kaleidoscope restaurants for up to 8 people
  • One (1) dinner for up to eight (8) people at Seafire restaurant
  • One (1) lunch for up to eight (8) people at Ronda Locatelli restaurant
  • Eight (8) passes to Atlantis’ Dolphin Encounters at Dolphin Bay
  • Eight (8) passes to Atlantis’ Ray Feeding at Aquaventure Waterpark
  • Eight (8) passes to Atlantis’ Back of House Tour at Aquaventure Waterpark Aquarium
  • A night out for 8 people at Nasimi Beach
  • Unlimited complimentary access to Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium
• The Grand Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Any unused portion will be forfeited. The prize will need to be redeemed by 20 December 2013.
• The following values apply to the meal prizes, any food or beverage in  addition will be settled directly by the winner:
  • Seafire dinner AED 3,000,
  • Ronda Locatelli lunch AED 1,500,
  • Night out at Nasimi AED 800
• Atlantis reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize or a portion thereof is unavailable at the time of redemption. Redemption dates will be subject to availability, so advance planning and booking is recommended.
• All costs and expenses incurred by the winner or members of the winner’s party in connection with the Grand Prize other than those costs listed above (including, but not limited to, taxes, excess baggage, passports and visas, other meals, retail purchases, tips, travel insurance and incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the winner.  The winner agrees to provide a valid credit card imprint upon arrival to guarantee payment of extra charges.
• By accepting the Grand Prize and/or registering at Atlantis, the winner and the members of the winner’s party:
  • Authorise Atlantis and Blue Beetle FZ LLC  to use the winner’s name, biographical information, likeness, photographs, videos and/or voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and
  • Release Atlantis and Blue Beetle FZ LLC from all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with this Competition.
• Neither Atlantis nor Blue Beetle FZ LLC , as the administrator of the Competition, is responsible for any error, omission, defect, delay in transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any entry.

• Neither Atlantis nor Blue Beetle FZ LLC  is responsible for any technical or other problems you may experience arising from, related to or which result from your participation in this Competition including personal injury or damage to your or to any other person's computer.
• If there are circumstances beyond the control of Atlantis or Blue Beetle FZ LLC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, Atlantis reserves the right to terminate the Competition.
• Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Atlantis reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Entry to the Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
