Terms And Conditions
1. The program “Monster Paw/Puffcorn Challenge! Contest” is brought to you by PepsiCo
India Holdings Private Limited (“Organizer”).
2. Program is valid from 3rd October 2012 to 1st November, 2012 both dates inclusive. No
purchase required
3. Program is open to all Indian citizens residing in India except the employees and the
family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional
agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies (“Participants”).
4. To participate in the Program the Participant has to be a member of the Kurkure Fan Page
on Facebook (url: https://www.facebook.com/Kurkure/app_281667471944196). If he is
not the member then the below mentioned activity 1-2 have to be followed and in case he
is a member then he has to visit ‘www.facebook.com/kurkure’ fan page on Facebook and
follow activity 4-5.

2. Like the Fan page by clicking
the ‘Like’ tab on the page and hence
become the Member of the fan page.
3. Allow Kurkure to have access to your
basis information –Name, surname,
email id and location.
4. Select any one situation out of 2 and
complete the story in not more than 75
words
5. Invite your friends to Vote for your
story
5. Every week 20 winners will be declared by the Organizers as follows:
i. The first 15 Participants with the maximum votes on the entry every Thursday
Morning at 10.30am will be declared as winner and;
ii. 5 Winners will be selected by a panel of Judges on the basis of:
a. Uniqueness of the answer
b. How much fun/tedha/unconventional the idea was. 6. The winners will get an E-gift voucher of BookMyShow worth Rs.500. The rules and
regulations of ‘Book My Show’ will apply and the winner shall be bound by the same. In case of
a tie, the winners will be selected by the Organizer through a randomizer software.
7. A participant can share an entry only once in a week.
8. The winners will be announced on the facebook Page and an email will also be sent to the
respective Winners. The e-mail will contain all information on how the prizes are to be
redeemed. The Winners will be asked to verify their contact details and the postal address.
9. In case the email id submitted is found to be invalid the Prize will be given to the next
highest scorer.
10. The Prize shall be send by post at the postal address provided by the winner and the
Organizers will not be responsible in case goods are received in damaged condition.
Organizer shall not be liable for any loss in transit.
11. An organizer reserves the right to review all entries and to remove any entry for any reason,
at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
12. It is strictly prohibited to use language of any kind that contain expressions of hate, abuse,
or conduct, obscenity, pornography, sexually explicit or any material that could give rise to
any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations or that otherwise may be
in conflict with these Terms and Conditions or the Advertising Code.
13. Decision of PepsiCo will be final and binding with regard to the offer and prizes and no
correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
14. Prizes are not transferable.
15. Winners will have to bear incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the
prize.
16. Organizer shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the winner
for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will
be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the winner.
17. PepsiCo shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the
offer.
18. PepsiCo shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental
actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as
compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
19. PepsiCo shall not be liable for any loss of prize due to incorrect address or any other
information provided by the winner.
20. Offer not open for employees and family members of organizer, its advertising and
promotional agencies, its auditors and their associates companies.21. All disputes relating to this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at
New Delhi only.
