Terms and Conditions of use of Spot & Win Contest conducted by Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd.
These terms and conditions are applicable for the "Spot & Win Application" being conducted from 16
th
October 2012 to 26
th
October 2012, (both days inclusive). The period of the contest shall be referred to as
"Contest Period". Participation in the contest is purely voluntary. The participants agree to have read and
understood the Terms and Conditions and each participant hereby agrees to be abide by the terms and
conditions and/or by any subsequent revisions of the terms and conditions.
1. The contest is open to all adult (over 18 years of age Indian nationals).
2. Contest is valid in all states in India.
3. The contest shall be open during the period from 16

October 2012 to 26

October 2012 both days
included.
4. Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. shall maintain confidentiality of the personal information furnished by the
contest participants.
5. Each participant shall ensure that the entries submitted are in conformity with the laws of India and do not
infringe intellectual property (IPR) of any third party including but not limited to Copyright. Piaggio
Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. shall assume no liability in case of any suit or claim of breach of intellectual property
and all cost and consequences of any such infringement shall be entirely to the participant.
6. By participating in this contest you agree and undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified Piaggio
Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., its associates, employees and agencies from any suit, claim, cost or damages arising out
of your conduct in participating and submitting of entry in this contest.
7. Each participant may participate once in the contest, but under this participation they can play the contest
anytime during the contest period.
8. The winners of the contest shall be determined based on a Lucky Draw from all the correct responses
received during relevant periods of the contest
9. Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. shall announce prizes at the end of the contest for the entries submitted during
the duration of the contest. The winners shall be announced on the Spot & Win application page and the
Vespaindia website.
10. The prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Prize is not transferable or will not be offered in
any other form, no such request will entertained in any form in this regard
Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the any complaints, issues with the prize offered if
there is a third party involvement in making, delivering the prize, the winner will directly need to take up
with the respective supplier and the suppliers warranty / guaranty will be applicable directly on the prize
item, no claim for reimbursement of the cash or in kind under such circumstances will be entertained.
Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. will have no liability and responsibility on the prize offering and winner will not
have any legal claim under any circumstance with Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.
11. The Company reserves the right to change or modify the prizes for the contest at its sole discretion.
12. The prizes given out shall be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to their usage and Piaggio
Vehicles Pvt Ltd. shall assume no responsibility or liability for their use.
Winner has to furnish legally valid identity documents to avail the prize.
13. Employees of Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd., their dependants, agencies, dealers associated with this contest
and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this contest and their entries are liable to be
rejected.
14. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Pune, India.
15. The Contest is being conducted and managed by Ogilvy-One having worldwide experience in handling
such contests (hereinafter referred to as the "agency") on behalf of Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.('PIAGGIO
VEHICLES PVT LTD.') The winners will be selected by PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT LTD..
16. Purchase of any Product is not necessary to participate in this Contest.
17. The participants will have to provide their Name, Address, City, Mobile no & E-mail ID, Entries will be
considered invalid without aforesaid details and shall not be eligible for participation in any manner.
Participants agree to have read and understood the "Privacy Policy" and Terms and Conditions for details
governing use of voluntary personal information provided in this contest page.
18. At the end of contest, 100 lucky winners (10 for each day of the contest) from amongst the contest
participants will be selected through a lucky draw (randomly) by PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT LTD. and shall receive exclusive Vespa merchandise. The decision of selection of the winners by PIAGGIO
VEHICLES PVT LTD.. shall be final and binding.
19. Winners will be announced on the "Spot & Win page within a span of 15 days from the end of the
contest.
20. The prizes will be offered / delivered within 60 days after the announcement of results, to the winners.
Winners need to provide an identity proof to avail the prize. Winner should claim the Prizes before 15
th
December 2012, beyond 15
th
December 2012 prize will get lapsed and no claim for the prize after 15
th
December 2012 will be entertained.
21. In case no response is received from the Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd. it shall be presumed that the entry has
not been selected.
22. PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT LTD. shall not be liable for any disruption or disconnection in the receipt of
the entries.
23. PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT LTD. shall not be responsible for loss of entries while entering on the
website and any misdirected entries.
24. PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT LTD. reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions
herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Period
declared above at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
25. The decision of PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT LTD. will be final and binding regarding this Contest.
26. All contest materials, including details on how to enter and claim prizes are part of these Terms and
Conditions of entry to this Contest.
27. Entry into this Contest confirms acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions of governing this Contest
and PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT LTD.'s decisions regarding the same.
28. Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to the organizer to use the winner's name, relevant details
and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or
notice.
29. All documents relating to the participation and/or the content of the entries shall become the exclusive
property of PIAGGIO VEHICLES PVT LTD.
30. The Copyrights and IPR in the static advertising / commercial shall solely vest with PIAGGIO
VEHICLES PVT LTD. without any further deed of agreement.
31. All rights in the photo space rest / stand assigned in the favour of the company without any further deed or
act.
