Terms And Conditions

This contest is organized by Renault India (hereinafter referred to as "Organizers" for selection of participants for the contest titled as "Ticket to F1". Those Applicants who are selected as per absolute discretion of the Organizers after the contest shall have a chance to win the F1 tickets or entry to the pits or free merchandise. 

For a chance to participate in the contest, an Applicant needs to log on to Renault India Facebook pagehttp://www.facebook.com/Renault.co.in , like it and complete the online registration form along with their F1 video or alternatively participate by submitting a video via the on-ground activities by official Renault representatives.
Objective of the Contest : Endeavour to give a unique opportunity to the Winner to experience the F1 live during the Grand Prix being held in Noida in Oct 2012

• Based on Organizer's decision, winners will be shortlisted and decided by Renault India based on the Videos uploaded by Applicants and those uploaded from the on-ground activities by official Renault representatives.
• The Contest Period will be from 27th September to 22nd October 2012
• The Applicant will need to come to the venue along with his proof of identity, age proof and address proof.
• The applicant will have to fill appropriate registration details in order to stand a chance to win the contest prizes
• The dates of the match tickets shall be as decided by the Organizers and the same shall be informed by the Organizers to the Applicants via telephone no. and/or e-mail provided by the Applicant at the time of registration with the Organizers.
• The Applicant himself/ herself will have to make arrangements for travel, food and stay if required.
• Registrations which are incomplete in any manner shall be invalid and shall not be considered for further action.
• If the Applicant registers for more than one time, the first complete registration shall be considered valid and taken into account for selection by the Organizers.
• Employees of the Organizer and/or their associate and affiliate companies/ the respective sponsor on Renault India, will not be qualified for the participation in the contest and requested not to register.
• There would be no cash alternatives for the contest prizes nor will the contest prizes be transferable.

By virtue of registration, the Applicant hereby agrees to the following conditions and undertakes as follows:

1. The Applicant confirms that he/she is an adult, and is entitled to enter into a valid Agreement. The Applicant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate own wish to participate in the contest at his/her free-will and is willing to bear all risk, costs and consequences arising from such participation in the contest.
2. The registration does not guarantee the selection of the Applicant as a winner and such selection shall be as per the sole discretion of Organizers, availability of time and venue. The Applicant shall not and waives any right to question the selection process, non selection of the application and/or the selection of any other applicant.
3. The number of Applicants to be selected shall be the sole discretion of the Organizer.
4. The Applicant shall not be eligible for any prize or cash for participation in the online registration ot the contest.
5. The participation in the contest and the shared content by the Applicants shall not be obscene, vulgar, have racial or religious connotations. The Applicant represents, warrants and agrees that no picture/s or details of any kind uploaded on the Organizers Facebook page will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material and the Applicant shall indemnify and hold the Organizers, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the video uploaded on the Site by the Applicant.
6. The Applicant grants irrevocable license to the Organizers to exploit, display, market the videos uploaded on the Organizer's Facebook page
7. Organizer shall have the sole discretion to discontinue/ cancel the contest at any point of time and the Applicant shall not raise any claim due to such discontinuation or cancellation.
8. All registrations shall be subject to completion of the procedures by the Applicant as per instructions in the online application. Organizer shall not be liable for any failure of the online system or incomplete registrations.
9. In the event of any violation to the aforementioned or in case it comes to the knowledge of the Organizers that the details submitted by the Applicant in the application are not correct, the Applicant shall immediately be disqualified from being considered to be a participant for the contest and shall solely remain liable for any action (criminal/civil) arising there from.
10. The Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify the Organizers against any claims that might arise from their actions or omissions or arising from any representations, misrepresentations or concealment of material facts.
11. Under no circumstance, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, shall the Organizer and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries or service providers, be liable to the Applicant and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if the Organizer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Applicant specifically agrees not to file in person/through any family member and/or any third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against the Organizer and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries to claim any damages or relief in connection with the contest.
12. The selected winners shall be informed of his/her selection either by e-mail, phone or post ("Personal Medium"). The Organizer shall not be liable in the event the Applicant is not able to participate in the contest due to any delay or non receipt of such invitation to the Applicant.
13. Those Applicants who are selected as winners shall be informed by the Organizers of the contest, shall report to such venue as may be informed by the Organizer at the date and time so mentioned and any delay in reporting shall automatically disqualify the Applicant from participating in the contest.
14. The winner shall be required to execute an exclusive agreement or sign a form containing terms and conditions as required by the Organizers before allowing entry to the F1.
