Terms And Conditions

1. Huawei is the host of this event (the Campaign).
2. This Campaign will be between 22nd October 2012 and 11th November 2012 (23:59).
3. Participants must be a fan of the Huawei Facebook fan page. (http://www.facebook.com/huaweidevice)
4. Winners are selected by Huawei based upon criteria including creativity and relevancy of the submitted answer.
5. Participants are prohibited to submit entries containing abusive language, sex and violence. Huawei reserves the right to delete the related content as well as the right to take legal action.
6. Participants must first answer the question and fill in their personal information before submitting. Then select friends to join you in the campaign. Note: The friend(s) that you invited must agree to accept your invitation before you are legible to participate in the campaign as a pair. Two pairs of winners will be selected every week to win a MediaPad 7 Lite each. Two winners will also be selected to win daily giveaways every day. On the third week, there will be an extra one pair of winners for the grand prize of two MediaPad 10 FHD.
7. The list of winners will be posted on the Huawei Facebook fan page. There will be 3 announcement periods. Each week there will be two pairs of winners for MediaPad 7 Lite and 14 winners for limited edition MediaPad 10 FHD t-shirts. There will be 8 more winners to win USB drives within campaign period. On the third week, there will be a grand prize of two MediaPad 10 FHD for one pair of winners.
First period: 22nd October (12:00) to 28th October (23:59)
First period announcement: At 19:00 on 29th November. 
Second period: 29th October to 4th November (23:59).
Second period announcement: At 19:00 on 5th November. 
Third period: 5th November to 11th November (23:59).
Third period announcement: At 19:00 on 12th November.
8. Each participant may enter the campaign any number of times. Each submission represents an extra chance for being selected. There is no need to fill in forms or answer questions after first submission. Note: The friend(s) that you invited must agree to accept your invitation before your submission is entered into the campaign.
9. Winners will be notified by email within two weeks to accept the prize.
10. The event time is subject to the computer records of Huawei and its marketing partners. In case of dispute, Huawei reserves the right of final decision.
11. Participants may not dissent to the prizes given out by Huawei. The prizes may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or other goods.
12. To insure fairness, employees of Huawei may not participate in this event.
13. Personal data collected will be used only for this event. Participants agree to allow Huawei to use the information provided by participants for future marketing and promotional purposes.
14. Participants must submit accurate personal information. Winners will be disqualified in the case when Huawei is unable to contact the participant; or unable to validate the identity of the participant.
15. All participation in this event is on a voluntary basis. Huawei will be exempt from all legal liability, compensation and responsibility that may be caused by the event and its prizes.
16. Should it be found that participants are deliberately withholding information or participating with fake account(s), Huawei reserves the right to disqualify the submission.
17. Facebook is not involved in terms of sponsorship, endorsement or the event administration of this event. Participants are providing their information to Huawei and not to Facebook.
18. In case of any dispute, of Huawei reserves the final decision.
