Terms and Conditions of Collect & Win Game
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using this application. By accessing or using the application, the user agrees to be bound by this agreement. The information on this application provided by TATA Motors Limited {Tata Motors or the “Company”}, is subject to the user's agreement to the terms and conditions below.
Instructions of the game
Press and hold up arrow key to move forward and drive faster.
Use the left and right arrow keys to switch between lanes and collect gifts, coins or avoid obstacles.
Use the space bar to jump over the obstacles.
Collect gifts for bonuses and coins to earn points.
Driving over obstacles will result in loss of speed and negative marking.
The objective of the game is to collect as many gifts and coins in 60 seconds.
About the promotional scheme
The Promotion is open from 13th November, 2012 to 13th December, 2012 only to Indian residents for the participants
Participants may choose not to participate in the Promotion.
There is no provision of replacement or encashment of gift.
The Winners of the Promotion shall be declared latest by 25th December, 2012 and the gifts shall be dispatched by post/courier to the registered billing address of the eligible customers within three to four weeks from the date of the winner declared.
The user with the highest score will win a free family dinner in a 5-star hotel* from Tata Venture. In case the winner's city has no 5 star hotels, the user will win a free family dinner in the best restaurant in his city.
The Company shall not be responsible for any postal delay or damage of gift during transit.
The gift shall be decided by The Company on its sole discretion. Decision of The Company with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the scheme shall be final and binding. No correspondence what so ever shall be entertained on this regard. All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
The Company will not be responsible in the event the website fails to register any entry or content or the same is lost for any reason what so ever.
The Company reserves the right to change, curtail or discontinue the Promotion without notice.
No call or SMS shall be accepted in respect of this Promotion or the result of Promotion.
By entering the scheme all participants confirm having understood the above terms and conditions and accept the terms and conditions.

This Application is intended for visitors from India. It is not intended for children under the age of eighteen.

User Contributions - Rules
The Company has no responsibility for the content of any material submitted by users, but reserves the right in its sole discretion to: (i) review, edit or delete content prior to posting on the page and/or making it available to the public; (ii) disclose to law enforcement; (iii) refuse access to the Site/Page to any user that violates this agreement.

Content which contains references to competitors’ products/claims.

About the promotional scheme
whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The user alone will remain responsible and liable for all contents posted. The users acknowledge and agree that the limitations set out above are fundamental elements of this agreement.
Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) directly or indirectly related to (i) the user’s breach of this agreement, and (ii) the user’s posting of material to this application.
Modification or Suspension of the application
The Company may at any time modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of this application, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to the user.
Miscellaneous
Tata Motors reserves the right to change curtail or discontinue the Promotion without notice. Decision of Tata Motors is final in all respects and binding on all participants to the offer and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
The Gift won by the winner will be non-transferrable. Tata Motors can choose to alter or retract type of Gift. The winner in the Promotional scheme will be chosen by panel of internal jury consisting of Mr ASHESH Dhar Head (Utility Vehicle Product Group) , Mumbai PCBU , and Miss Aakanksha Patel (one jury from the media/ad agency) of the company as well as votes garnered.
TATA Motors failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This agreement will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any dispute only Mumbai Courts will have Jurisdictions
By entering the Promotional scheme all participants accept and agree to the above terms and conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of the participant.
