Terms And Conditions
1. The 'My Most Memorable Attire' Facebook contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") shall be open from 06th November 2012 at 12 p.m. (IST) and shall close on 16th November 2012 at 11.59 p.m. (IST) ("Contest Period").
2. The Contest is open to residents of India who are above the age of eighteen (18) years. In the event that a person is below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this Contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the Prize (defined below).
3. You can participate in the Contest by logging on www.facebook.com/globus.fashion Facebook account only. Entries sent in any other manner will not entertained by the Company. By participating in the Contest you (i.e. "the Contestant") agree and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Contest mentioned here.
4. To participate in the Contest, you need to upload a picture of your most memorable attire.
5. This is a contest of skill and not luck.
6. 5 best entries will receive Globus vouchers worth Rs. 1,000 each.
7. The decision of the Committee / Company will be final and binding and no correspondence of any nature whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
8. The winner/winners will receive prizes decided by the company and will not be negotiable in any way.
9. Any transportation charges, installation charges, service charges, etc. of the Prize will have to be borne by the Winner.
10. The Prize shall not be transferable / redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained in this behalf.
11. Employees and family members of Globus (the "Company") and their associated companies are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
12. All rights, title and interest , including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all entries shall vest solely and exclusively with the Company at all times. The Company will have the right to reproduce all the entries in any and all formats, media and/or mediums including but not limited to television, internet, mobile, print etc. , without any permission and/or payment to the Contestants.
13. The Company reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without assigning any reason or giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages.
14. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Company to conduct further similar or other promotions.
15. The Company holds no warranty and makes no representation regarding the quality of the prizes and shall not be responsible for the quality, deficiency of any product/service, in any manner whatsoever.
17. The Contestant expressly undertakes that picture uploaded by him / her does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third person and/or party. The Contestant shall indemnify and at all times keep indemnified and hold harmless the Company against any claims, loss, damage that may be suffered by it as a result of such infringement by the Contestant without contestation or demur.
18. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that maybe suffered, or for any personal injury that maybe suffered, as a result of participating in this Contest.
19. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize after handing over the same to the Winner/ his/ her assign(s). Any delivery / octroi charges arising for transporting the Prize will be borne by the winner.
20. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
21. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India only.
