• The Frenchie Christmas contest (hereby referred to as “contest”) is an online contest valid only for residents of India above the age of 15 years. No purchase form, or payment, of any kind is required from Maxwell Industries Ltd. in order to enter into this contest
• The contest is not valid for any employees of Maxwell Industries Ltd.
• The contest will start on 16th December 2012 and end on 24th December 2012. 
• The winner will be decided within one month from the closing date of the contest.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Users MUST “Like” the Frenchie Facebook page to qualify.
• Participating and entering in this promotion is considered a complete release of Facebook by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
• Answers provided by participants must not hurt any sentiments or contain explicit content.
• The winner of this contest shall be decided by Maxwell Industries Ltd. in its sole discretion and shall be contacted through a personal message sent to the Email Id. of the participant(s) that is provided by them. In case of non-delivery of such notification message, Maxwell Industries Ltd.  shall not be responsible. The winner will be required to submit all information that is reasonably required by Maxwell Industries Ltd. within 7 (Seven) days from the date of such declaration of the winner, failing which the winner will not be entitled to any such opportunities provided by Maxwell Industries Ltd. from time to time, as provided under these terms and conditions.
• 5 winners will be chosen in the contest and they will receive a gift hamper each from Maxwell Industries Ltd.
• Winners agree to publicity and to be named on the Frenchie Official Facebook page and/or main webpage upon making a submission.
• The Gift is not transferable or exchangeable.
• There are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available.
• Maxwell Industries Ltd. has a right to give a Gift of any value.
• The Gift if received by winners in tampered, damaged or in torn condition, Maxwell Industries Ltd. will not be held responsible for the same.
• Maxwell Industries Ltd. will not be held responsible if the gift is not delivered or received by the winner, if the gift gets lost in   transit.
• Any participant(s) found to have used illegitimate/unethical ways to win the contest will be disqualified and banned from this contest and from taking part in any future contests organized by Maxwell Industries Ltd.
• The participant(s) release and agrees to hold harmless Maxwell Industries Ltd. from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage caused during the participation in the contest, or from the use of any prize / gift.
• Maxwell Industries Ltd.  reserves the right of absolute discretion to modify any terms and conditions applicable to this contest as well as the right to withdraw/cancel/postpone/stop/extend the contest without any prior notification at its sole discretion
