Terms and Conditions of Dish TV Filmy Jackpot

The Dish TV Filmy Jackpot Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) shall start from Dec 7, 2012 and subject to other terms of this Contest shall expire on Jan 6, 2013 or such date as the Company may deem fit (hereinafter referred to as “term”).
This contest will be applicable only in India and shall be open for individuals visiting the Facebook Application of Dish TV and successfully playing the game on the said Application, during the term of the Contest.
Participation in this contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. Only one entry per participant shall be permitted for the purpose of the contest.
Among all the valid entries received, the Company shall select and declare one winner on Jan 20, 2012.The decision of the Company shall be final and no communication shall be entertained in this regard.
The winner shall be informed by way of an email on the E- mail ID of the Facebook profile of the winner which shall contain further information for availing the benefits of the contest.
The winner of the contest shall get a surprise gift

If required while availing the benefits of the Contest, the winner will have to produce a valid ID Proof/ Valid Address Proof to avail the benefits of the contest.
The Company, reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms of the contest at its sole discretion without any notice at anytime during the validity of the Contest with or without notification and without assigning any reason.
The Company shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage, of whatsoever nature, suffered by the winner while availing the benefits of the contest.
All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to the contest form part of these provisions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these provisions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
The Company shall have the right to change the date mentioned in the present terms and conditions without any prior notice.
The benefits of the contest cannot be exchanged either for cash or in any other form.
The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or cancellation of the event or any other force majeure conditions including but not limited to act of God, Government Action or events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to war, natural calamities, failure of telecommunication network etc.
In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the contest, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned. All disputes are subject to Indian Law and exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only and no other courts shall have jurisdiction in this regard.
