10. This Program is subject to force majeure conditions that are beyond the control of Bajaj Allianz Pvt. Ltd.
11. Bajaj Allianz holds the right to discontinue the application at any point of time with prior notification to users.
12. Eligibility criteria for participation in the Program:

    2. Above the age of 18 (Eighteen) years of age
13. Bajaj Allianz implements all necessary processes to ensure clearness, impartiality and equal opportunity. If you are using the help of any illegal, unauthorised and unfair ways, software, codes etc, your entry for the contest will be immediately cancelled.
14. Each term stated here are separate from each other. If any of these terms are found void or unenforceable by regulatory authority/law enforcing agency of India, that does not make the other terms void, and the other terms will remain enforceable.
15. The winners will be selected by BA and no objection/ discussion will be entertained
16. The gifts will be delivered to the winners within a month from the closure of the campaign.
