2. To enter the contest you must be a natural person and have your place of residence in the Singapore, Malaysia,Myanmar,Thailand, India, Indonesia and the Philippines. SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable evidence to believe that the entrant has significantly breached any of the terms and conditions.
3. The participant agrees to the publication of the name on the eneloop Asia Facebook page in case of winning a prize in the contest.
4. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their contact information. Winning participants will be contacted via the Facebook email address collected. No webform is used to collect participants’ details.

Ltd., is not liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the competition. This concerns in particular defective, lacking, interrupted or deleted data. SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd. is not liable for e-mails that do not meet the established requirements, such as e-mail format, and consequently cannot be stored by the system
6. SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd. is not liable for loss or damage of data saving systems and / or storage media and for unauthorized change and / or manipulation of the system and / or storage media by participants or third parties. SANYO is only liable for gross negligence or willful intent of its legal representatives, employees or vicarious agents and is not liable for any damage occurring to the winner or their relatives and friends in this context. The liability limitation is not valid for damage of life, limb or health.

7. How to Play:
   1. Each entrant is entitled to 10 tokens per day, each token entitles entrant 1 spin at the eneloopy X’mas Slot machine.
   2. Entrant can refer the game to friends. For each successful referred play, entrant will be rewarded with 1 additional token, i.e. the entrant will have 11 tokens each day thereafter.
   3. The total number of tokens entitled to each entrant is capped at 31 tokens each day. If entrant garnered more than 21 successful referred plays, no additional tokens will be rewarded.
8. The contest begins on 1 December 2012 and ends on 31 December 2012.
9. Winners to the weekly draw will be announced on every Monday of the week on the eneloop Asia – eneloop X’mas Slots Facebook application.
10. Prize collection details and redemption period will be announced latest by 18 January 2013 via notification email to winners. Judges decisions are final; no further correspondence will be entertained.
11. All winners will be notified by email after the announcement of the results. In the event a winner does not respond to the email notification within 5 business days, another winner would be chosen. Failure to respond within the time frames shall mean that the provisional winner forfeits the prize(s). The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is exclusively for the winner and is neither transferable nor exchangeable.
12. Prizes must be collected in person at the office of SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., for winners residing in Singapore. For winners in residing other countries, please refer to the email notification sent for more information.
13. Prizes must be claimed by the stipulated date stated in the email notification. Prizes left uncollected will be forfeited.
14. You acknowledge and agree that SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available any materials submitted by you.
15. You acknowledge and agree that information submitted by you may be made available by SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., for viewing, rating, reviewing, and commenting by the public. You acknowledge that comments or ratings that you disagree with, or are unhappy about, may be published or otherwise become associated with the materials that you submit to SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., By submitting information to SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., you waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to the materials.
16. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
17. SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
18. SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time without prior notice.
19. SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., reserves the right to disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this contest or violated the rules. If the contest cannot be run as planned for any reason, including technical problems, SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., reserves the right to cancel, curtail, modify or suspend the contest. In the event the contest is terminated early, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
20. Employees of SANYO Energy (S) Corp. Pte. Ltd., their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each of such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible.
21. By entering a contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
