Club Mahindra presents Star In A Holiday & Holiday For Free contest.

You can Grab the chance to Star in their resort film and win an all expenses paid trip!

For this you have have to upload  your family photo.

Rules

• Participant must upload a picture which includes all the family members
• Picture uploaded should be recent & of high quality
• There will be 2 levels of screening before the final selection. At the first level, families will be selected based on the family picture uploaded through the Facebook app. For 2nd level of screening, families will be asked to go through an audition.
• Description (maximum characters 300) is compulsory for every entry.
• There should be only one entry corresponding to a member ID. In case of multiple entries submitted with the same member ID, the first entry that was submitted will be considered.
• Families will need to travel for an all expenses trip to a Club Mahindra resort between 19th Jan 2013 to 16th Feb 2013 to participate in the resort film shoot.

Terms & Conditions

• 'Star in a Holiday and Holiday for Free' Contest shall commence from 16th Nov and will close on 15th Dec (both days inclusive) Last date for entries is 15th Dec (hereinafter referred as "Contest Period").
• Only Club Mahindra members are eligible to participate in the contest.
• The contest is only open to individuals who are residents of India.
• The Contest is not open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of Club Mahindra.
• The Contest is organized and managed by Club Mahindra. And Club Mahindra has complete authority on all the proceedings of the same.
• Choosing the WINNERs of the contest will solely rest upon Club Mahindra.
• Any lapse in communicating with the winner due to false emails/addresses/provided by the winners via contest entry process will not be the responsibility of Club Mahindra and the winner will be treated as void in the above case.
• Only individual contestants would allowed in the contest and the entries of groups companies and groups of individuals would be considered invalid.
• Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, pornographic, harmful or unfit according to MHRIL will not be considered valid entries for the contest and shall be disqualified.
• Club Mahindra reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the contest at any point of time at its sole discretion without serving any prior intimation to the participants. Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and condition of the Contest will be served to the participant by posting the revised terms and condition of the Contest on the YouTube campaign page.
• Club Mahindra Holidays does not take any responsibility for any content submitted by the contestants and reserves its rights direct the possible claimants to the contestants in respect of the content submitted by the contestants.
• Any disputes with regards to the contest shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, at Mumbai, as such the agreement will be subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
• By participating in the contest, the participants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of participation which includes their presence at a select Club Mahindra resort during a specified time period.
