Terms & Conditions

The participant must read and abide by all the terms and conditions before taking part in Lifesaparty’s one-week long ‘The Sunburn Chase’ contest. The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

The participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has read through and agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions and be bound by them.

The contest is open to citizens of India, residing in India and above 21 Years of age, only.

Employees of Lifesaparty, Grey Advertising India Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, representatives and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Citizens of foreign countries residing in India and/or Non Resident Indians are also not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Winners will receive Sunburn 2012 passes from Lifesaparty. Participants completing all levels of the Facebook contest in the least amount of time will win passes to the Sunburn Festival 2012 held in Goa.

The contest's timer is subject to change based on the configuration of the participant’s computer. Lifesaparty will not be held responsible for any discrepancies. The time of completion shown in the app will be considered as final.

Lifesaparty will personally notify winners via email/phone with instructions to collect their passes at their respective locations. Lifesaparty is under no obligation to publicly announce winners on any forum and to announce the number of winners that will win Sunburn 2012 passes.

Selection of winners is at the discretion of Lifesaparty’s team.

Winners will be requested to carry identification in order to claim their prizes.

Contest starts at 6.30 PM on 13th December, 2012 and ends on 20th December at 06:30 PM.

Participants who have played once cannot play the game again.

A participant who abandons the game midway will have to begin playing right from the start. The number of levels already completed in the last turn will not be considered.

All results will be final and binding.

In the event that the prizes are lost during delivery, no claims shall be entertained.

All disputes relating to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.

In case of change in date of contest or its cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of Lifesaparty, it shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

Lifesaparty shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which might be suffered or sustained in connection with the offer or the prize, except to the extent to any liability not excluded by law.
