TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO 'WE'RE ROCKSTARS CONTEST' CONTEST

1. For purposes here, the 'We're Rockstars' Contest shall be referred to as the ‘Contest’ and these ‘Terms and Conditions’ of entry to the contest shall be referred to as the ‘Terms’.
2. By entering the Contest, you confirm, represent and warrant that you have read and understood the Terms and agree to be bound by them.
3. By entering the Contest, you confirm that you do not breach any law in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering into the Contest. Vision Express (collectively, the ‘Promoters’) will not be responsible for you entering the Contest unlawfully or otherwise in breach of local law. You are advised to check or seek advice on your local law before entering the Contest.
4. Information on participation and prizes forms part of the Terms.
5. The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to amend or vary any of the Terms at any time, without prior notice, and by entering the Contest you agree to any such amended Terms.
6. The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to terminate or disqualify any entrant’s entry into the contest or reclaim any prize at any time if it is the opinion of the Promoters that there has been a breach of any of the Terms by the entrant (whether discovered during or after the Contest has concluded).

Eligibility for Entry to the Contest

7. Entry to the Contest is open to anyone aged 18 years and above on the date of entry and must be a resident of India on the date of entry.
8. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
9. Employees of the Promoters, their related companies and advertising agencies, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter the Contest.

10. Entries for the Contest will be accepted from December 03, 2012 to December 07, 2012 (both dates inclusive). Dates are subject to change without prior notice.

12. By entering the Contest, you irrevocably agree to the Promoters (either individually or jointly), using the following, without compensation, in perpetuity, in any country of the world, in any manner and in any media or format now known or later devised, for any purpose whatsoever:
          a. Your name.
          b. Your entry to the contest.
13. All the entries/comments must be submitted in English.

Selection of Winners (contest)

14. The winner for the Contest will be chosen based on the sole judgment of the Promoters.

Announcement of Winners

15. The Winners will be announced on the URL - https://www.facebook.com/visionexpressindia. 7 days after the end of the contest.The Promoters reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to deal with any unclaimed prize in any manner.

Miscellaneous

16. The prizes in the Contest may be subject to variation at the discretion of the Promoters, and any change will be final and binding upon every person who enters the Contest.
17. The prizes for the Contest will be given to the winners as set out in the Terms. The Winners must each accept their Prize in that form. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash credit or kind, either in part or in full except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoters. Prizes cannot be sold or bartered.
18. The Judges’ decisions as to any entry eligibility and the winners will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about the Contest or the Judges’ decisions.
19. The Promoters shall not be liable in any way for any failure or breach by any party in connection with the Contest, prize or prizes and accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by an entrant arising from the Contest, prize or prizes.
20. In all cases the Promoters will not be held liable for a Prize if it does not reach the winner for reasons beyond its control.
21. Any winner of the Contest may, at no cost to the Promoters, be requested to participate in public relations events tied to the campaign to generate press coverage of the Contest. This may include, but not be limited to, quotes given for inclusion in press releases and press conferences, interviews, etc.
22. Entrants shall indemnify the Promoters, their agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claim, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the entrant's breach of any of the Terms.
23. Each entrant, by entering the contest, expressly releases each of the Promoters from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the contest or their prize, if any.
24. Each of the Promoters shall not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entrants' information. This will include but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.
25. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to the reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
26. The law applicable to the Terms is the law of the Republic of India and the courts of Bengaluru will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute arising hereunder.
