Terms And Conditions
1. Participation in this activity is purely voluntary and limited to Indian residents only.
2. Only one sample per person and per delivery address location.
3. Cell Renew Gift and Sample will be delivered to valid addresses only. Incomplete address details will be counted as invalid entry.
4. To participate in this activity one needs to fill in and submit his/her name, address and mobile number along with the name, address and mobile number of two of his/her friends residing in India and other details as required on www.cellrenew.in/refer
5. Multiple entries shall not be entertained.
6. Upon successful submission of the online forms, a Cell Renew Product Gift will be sent to the each of the participants and a Cell Renew Gift Sample shall be sent to each of his/her two friends, named in the online form at their respective addresses provided therein.
7. This activity cannot be combined with any other offer or scheme.
8. ITC Ltd. shall not be responsible for any incorrect address details provided by the participants in the online form and/or delay in receipt and/or non-receipt of the Cell Renew Product Gift and/ or Cell Renew Gift Sample at the addresses provided in the online form, due to any reason that is beyond the control of ITC Ltd.
9. It is clarified that the participants and their nominees may expect the above Gift and Gift sample to reach their respective addresses within 3 months from the date of submission of their online forms.
10. By participating in this activity, all participants agree that at the discretion of ITC Ltd. future communications related to its products, offers etc. may be sent to any/all addresses/ e-mails provided by them.
11. ITC Ltd. shall not be responsible for any charges, levies, costs incurred by any person to participate in this activity.
12. No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to any aspect of this activity.
13. ITC Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.
14. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this activity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Kolkata.
