- Participant shall be of 18 years or above and a resident of India. This Contest is not open for the employees of Sahara India Pariwar and their
- immediate family members.
- Participant should submit their "entries" online only in English or Hindi language either using social media or Company’s
- website(www.saharaqshop.com).
- Participant shall not copy or plagiarize the contents of any copyright protected work and submit his/her original and creative work only .
- Participant shall always indemnify the company in this regard.
- Multiple entries from a single participant is not allowed. Company reserve its right to void such entries.
- Contest is open till 25th December, 2013.
- Winner participant may get Rs. 51, 000/- (Fifty One Thousand Only) in cash or products / gift hamper worth same value ("Award").
- Winner of the contest will be notified through email.
- Prize is not transferable.
- Winner shall claim the Award within 7 days from the date of notification. No claim/s will be entertained thereafter without any liability to
- the Company for doing so.
- Participant winner shall submit the necessary identity proof/s and other documents acceptable to the Company at the time of claiming the Award
- failing which, the claim shall be rendered void.
- Participants are advised to mention correct name, address, contact number in the Contest form for avoiding any inconvenience in future.
- Company reserves the right to amend, modify the terms and conditions or cancel or modify the Contest or/and Award thereon any time without any
- liability towards the participant for doing so.
- Company shall keep the details of the participant confidential. Please refer to the confidentiality policy on the Company’s website.
- Award shall be the deemed consideration for the Slogan. Copyright in the slogan shall always vest with the Company only.
