NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRIES OPEN TO ALL WHO ARE 18 YEARS OLD AND OVER, ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF INDIA AND ARE NOT LEGALLY INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
1. CONTEST SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: Dolby India ("Sponsor") ("Prize Provider") (“Contest Entity”)
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The “The Dolby 24 Contest” Contest ("Contest") begins on 20th November, 2013 and will close on 29th November, 2013 ("Contest Period").
ELIGIBILITY: Submitting an entry into the Contest is open to persons who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and are registered users of www.facebook.com. Employees, officers, directors and their immediate family members of the Contest Entities, Sponsors and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors, and any and all other companies associated with this Contest are not eligible to enter. For purposes of this Contest, "immediate family members" means parents, spouses, children, siblings, in-laws, grandmothers, and grandfathers, whether residents of the same household or not. To become a Registered User of Facebook you must register for an account and agree to the Facebook site's "Terms of Use". There is no fee or charge to become a Registered User of Facebook. Facebook is not a sponsor of this contest.

• The contest starts on 20th November, 2013 and will close on 29th November, 2013.
• One winner will be selected every alternate day. The winner will be awarded a Tata Sky high definition set top box with a free six months subscription to Tata Sky’s HD channel Grand Sports Pack + HD Access Fee.
• One mega winner will be selected from all the correct entries. The contestant with the highest overall score at the end of this contest will be awarded a Dolby Digital Plus powered LG home theatre system (model BH 7430) in lieu of a set top box.
• Entries after the last date of submission will be disqualified.

OFFICIAL RULES

1. Dolby Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (“Dolby India”) is organizing a contest named “The Dolby 24 Contest”. The contest starts on 20th November, 2013 and closes on 29th November.
2. One winner will be selected every alternate day. The winner will be awarded a Tata Sky high definition set top box with a free six months subscription to Tata Sky’s HD channel Grand Sports Pack + HD Access Fee.
3. One mega winner will be selected from all the correct entries.  The contestant with the highest overall score at the end of this contest will be awarded a Dolby Digital Plus powered LG home theatre system (model BH 7430) in lieu of a set top box. The mega winner will be selected from the three cities of Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai.
4. The Contest is open to the residents of India, who have liked Dolby India on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DolbyIn.
5. Once submitted, entry cannot be modified, deleted, or canceled. Entries become the property of Dolby India and will not be returned.
6. Dolby India reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any Entry and/or Entrants at any time during the contest. Entities assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; nor for any computer, telephone, cable network, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions; nor service provider, Internet, website, user net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention or any technical error; nor for unauthorized human intervention, human error, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information; nor for the failure to capture any such information.
7. Contest winners will be selected at random by an in-house team from amongst the valid entries.
8. Dolby India reserves the right to add, modify, delete any clause or withdraw/suspend the contest anytime without any prior notice to anyone.
9. The decision on selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances of whatsoever nature
10. Dolby India will not be responsible for re-imbursement of cash in lieu of gifts/rewards.
11. By participating, where allowable by law, entrant grants to Dolby India the right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, participant’s entry, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
12. Facebook and Twitter are neither sponsors nor affiliates of this contest.
13. Dolby India reserves the right to disqualify any entry for the contest if it can trace the entry to fake accounts.
14. Dolby India’s decision of the winner will be full and final.
15. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final in all respect
16. All disputes shall subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
17. Prizes are non-transferable.
18. Prizes offered on 'NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND' basis.
19. Any and all guarantees and warranties for prize is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
20. Dolby is not affiliated with Tata Sky, Fox Network, or LG Electronics, nor does it guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance, features or capabilities/utility of the prizes offered to the winners under the contest and cannot be held responsible and liable in this connection. Dolby will not entertain any claims in this regard.

Selecting Winners: For the entire contest duration, every alternate day, one winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries received, with a total of five daily winners being selected. On November 30, 2013, a random drawing will be held by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) to select one mega prize winner from all eligible entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify potential prize winners selected in the drawings by email, mailing address, and phone number. Potential winners may be required to complete, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and, where legal, Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. A winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from among all remaining entries if (1) a winner cannot be contacted/does not respond within 48 hours of notification; (2) a winner does not fulfill the eligibility requirements; (3) a winner does not adhere to the Official Rules; and/or (4) if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, refused, or declined.
Prizes: One winner will be selected every alternate day and will be awarded a Tata Sky high definition set top box with a free six months subscription to Tata Sky’s HD channel Grand Sports Pack + HD Access Fee. The contestant with the highest score at the end of the contest will be selected as the sole mega prize winner.  In the event the sole mega prize winner is also a winner of the set-top box drawing, the mega prize winner shall be required to elect whether to accept either the Tata Sky high definition set-top box or the LG Electronics home theatre system.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prize (in whole or in part), except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
GENERAL: Participation in this Contest is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, as well as the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy posted on the survey website.

By entering and/or accepting a prize, Entrants and/or winners hereby consent, where lawful, to the use by Sponsor (and its authorized third parties) of their name, image, likeness, voice, hometown, and/or biographical information in any and all media now known or hereafter developed worldwide, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without additional compensation, and without the right of review, notification, or approval.
Limitations Of Liability: Contest Entities are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or telephone related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of websites. Any use of contest clubs (or similar methods), robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any Entrant using such methods. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor deems, in its sole opinion, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest and select the winner from entries received prior to the action or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Contest Entities shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to execute the contest, or supply a Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any similar or dissimilar event beyond their reasonable control.
In no event will Contest Entities, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, their advertising or promotion agencies, and/or all their respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the Contest or Prize related activities, access to, and use of, any participating Internet site(s) or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site(s). Without limiting the foregoing, all prizes and everything on the sites are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF INDIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Delhi, India, having jurisdiction.
