Terms And Conditions

• “The Contest” - Titled  'The Filmstars' WaytoGo Contest’, to be conducted on Cleartrip’s Facebook page from 4th Dec, 2013 to 10th Dec, 2013. The Contest shall require the participants to answer 8 questions by trying out Cleartrip’s Waytogo product as quickly as possible.
• “The Company”– shall mean Cleartrip Private Limited, the organiser of the Contest has its registered office at Unit No 001, Ground Floor, DTC Building, Sitaram Mills Compound, N. M. Joshi Marg, Delisle Road, Lower Parel – West Mumbai.
• “The Contestant”– shall mean any person who, being eligible to participate in the Contest, participates in the Contest by answering the questions.
• “Prize”
• One lucky winner who answers all questions correctly will win the bumper prize of a free HCL ME U1 tab.
• Ten lucky participants (selected by lucky draw) will get free Flipkart vouchers worth Rs 500 each.

PARTICIPATIONAND ELIGIBILITY

• By virtue of participating in the contest, the customer is an adult (above 18 years of age), agrees to abide and adhere to the terms and conditions set out herein and as amended from time to time.

• Entry to the Contest will only be through the Facebook Fan Page

• Contest:
• The participating contestant will have to answer correctly the 8 questions  by trying out Cleartrip’s Waytogo product as quickly as possible.
• When the Contestant answers the question, the part containing the question answered gets flipped and a part of the image is shown.
• Once the contest is over, one winner who has answered all 8 questions correctly will be selected by lucky draw (if more than one person have answered all 8 questions correctly) as the winner of the bumper prize of one HCL ME U1 tablet.
• Ten lucky participants will be selected by lucky draw to get free Flipkart vouchers worth Rs 500 each.

• Prize:
• Once the contest is over, one winner who has answered all 8 questions correctly will be selected by lucky draw (if more than one person have answered all 8 questions correctly) as the winner of the HCL ME U1 tablet.
• Ten lucky participants will be selected by lucky draw to get free Flipkart vouchers worth Rs 500 each.
• The Winner will be intimated by Cleartrip in 1-2 weeks after the contest is over.
• Cleartrip will inform the winner the process of to collect the HCL ME U1 tablet, after verification of identity.
• The Winner shall be responsible to bear any applicable taxes or charges levied on the prize. 
 

• The Offer is available only in respect to personal consumption and that the Offer shall not available for commercial purpose.
• Employees of the Cleartrip and any of its subsidiaries/affiliates (and all sub-contractors and agents rendering services in respect of the competition), any sponsor; and members of their immediate family, persons with criminal convictions, persons are ineligible to enter the Contest.  Failure to provide proof of eligibility on demand by the Company may result in disqualification and/or the withholding or withdrawal of the Prize.
• Cleartrip reserves the right to deny extending the offer to any individual and/or entity, without assigning any reasons.

• The Company shall be not liable for any loss or damage caused due to negligence or deficiency of availability or service in respect of the respective service.
• The Company is not responsible for any delays or failure or cancellation in delivery of the prize through any means whatsoever.
• This prize cannot be exchanged for any other product / service or cash from Cleartrip.
• In case the winners are unable to utilize the prize for any reason then this prize will stand forfeited and no extension or change request will be allowed.
• By participating in the contest and/or accepting the prize, you are allowing Cleartrip to use your image/name/identity for marketing, communication and promotional purposes, including and not limited to videos, media releases, marketing collateral materials, publications, and online resources such as websites and email
• All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
• The services offered by Cleartrip shall be subject to Cleartrip’s Terms of Use
• Cleartrip reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms and conditions of the prize, anytime at the sole discretion of the Management
