This Facebook based contest is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. “#LOLWithMcVities #contest” (hereinafter referred to as the"Contest/Promotion") is being organized by McVitie’s India.
2. The decision of McVitie’s India shall be final in all matters relating to this promotion and nocorrespondence in this context will be entertained. McVitie’s India reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
3. A) The Contest is valid from the 25th of March 2014 – 8.30 pm to 31st of March, 2014 - 3.00 pm[hereinafter referred to as "The Contest Period"] all over India. McVitie’s reserves the right to discontinue the contest without prior notice.
B) Lucky winner will be decided by a draw of lots among the fans who participate in the contest correctly. Same to be judged by a panel constituted by McVitie’s India.
C) Winner must claim the prize within 24 hours of the announcement of results. Any claims post that will not be entertained.
4. A) No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest.
B) Each participant must like the McVitie’s India page on Facebook(https://www.facebook.com/McVitiesIndia)to be eligible to take part in the contest.
C) Each participant consents to the use of information supplied by the participant in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the participant, by McVitie’sIndia

6. Eligibility requirements include a valid residential address, contact number and e-mail idand Facebook account.
