How to Participate
1. Login using your Facebook Id, authenticate the app to access your Facebook data.
2. The app will take you to our microsite
3. View the Contest Rules carefully before participating
4. Share your dream with us on the microsite to create the World’s Biggest Dream Tree.
5. Your posts will be displayed on the World’s Biggest Dream Tree.
6. Each participant can make only one entry during the contest period
7. Please note that your posts are subject to some degree of moderation, just to ensure that no matter is posted on the Dream Tree, which is obscene or otherwise hurts religious or political or other sentiments in general.
8. If the dreams are put up after 8.00 pm on any day, they will reflect on the World's Biggest Dream Tree after 10.00 am the next morning.
9. You can play the Contest from a single valid id on Facebook.com. Participants cannot play the Contest using multiple id's on Facebook.com and all such entries will be disqualified.
10. Invite your friends and family to the contest site and vote for your dream. They can find your dream by searching for your name and Vote for it. Each Like on your Dream is counted as a Vote.
11. The dream with the maximum no. of votes will win the daily prize Spice Stellar Mettle Icon (Mi-506) Smart Phone worth Rs 8499.
12. The dream with maximum no of votes over the entire contest period will win the Dream prize. In case of a tie between two or more participants, winner will be chosen by draw of luck.
13. Contest closes on April 2, 2014 5.30 pm. At the end of the contest period we will choose the winner of the Dream Prize package which will have 5 Spice Smartphones along with 5 stylish headphones.
14. Please be noted that there is no entry fee or participation fee or charges payable by the Participant/s for participating in the Contest and the Contest is for the benefit and encouragement of the Participants.

To be eligible to participate in the Contest, the contestant needs to be:

The offer is void where prohibited and subject to all national laws. Participants agree that they would not deface or disparage the brand Spice Retail Limited in any manner in the process of creating and posting their entries.
Contest Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by the official rules and all decisions made by SPONSOR are legally binding in all matters relating to this Contest.
2. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to release and hold the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agencies and their directors, officers, employees and all prize suppliers (collectively, the Released Parties), harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage of any kind, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by Participant or a third party.
3. Participant further agree not to pursue any right, claim or action against the Released Parties in connection with their participation in this Contest.
4. The Released Parties assume no liability or responsibility for incomplete, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, postage due or late mail, or for technical, hardware, software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest which may limit the ability to participate, or by human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any website or any combination thereof.
5. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Contest.
6. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the entire Contest, including, in the event of a virus or bug that compromises the integrity of the promotion or if the promotion becomes technically corrupted, or in case of non-receipt of requisite response or for any other reasons considered appropriate by the Sponsor. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to or not to award prize from eligible entries received prior to cancellation and all other eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest website, violates the official rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
7. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES, INTER-ALIA, THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Information as available on the Contest Page is the only authentic and valid information about the Contest. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any incorrect / misleading information relating to the Contest, presented / displayed on any other information center, webpage through any source other than the Contest Page and through www.spicesmartphones.com. Any of the Released Parties will not be liable for any loss suffered by any Participant/s based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any source other than the Contest Page.
9. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the Contest Terms and Conditions or participation mechanics of the Contest or the prizes at any point of time at its sole discretion by posting the same on www.spicesmartphones.com or www.facebook.com/spices.mobiles.
10. The Contest cannot be clubbed with any other contest or offer.
11.Any disputes with respect to the Contest shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
12.Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations of the Contest, caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, terrorist attack, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor amounting to Force Majeure.
13.Sponsor shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The Participant/s shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible, by posting the same on www.spicesmartphones.com or www.facebook.com/spices.mobiles
Prizes
1. Everyday during the Contest Period, 1 (one) winner will be selected on the basis of maximum number of likes on that day. Each daily winner of the Contest will be entitled to a Spice Stellar Mettle Icon (Mi-506) Smart Phone.
2. After the end of the Contest Period (that is after 5.30 pm on April 2, 2014), 1 Dream Prize winner will be selected on the basis of maximum number of likes. The Participant who has got the maximum likes during the entire Contest Period will win the Dream Prize. In case of a tie between 2 or more Participants, the Participant with the highest score first in point of time will be the Dream Prize winner. The Dream Prize winner of the Contest will be entitled to 5 Spice Smartphones along with 5 stylish headphones.
3. Spice Retail Limited will not accept any form of payment from any of the Participant/s interested in participating in the Contest. Further, participating in the Contest will not in itself make the Participants eligible for the prize.
4.The prize/s shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws. All applicable regulatory and statutory duties, cess, surcharges, taxes (including TDS), insurances, transfer fees, registration fees etc. that may be applicable to avail/use the prize/s will be borne by the winner/s of the Contest.
5. The Contest winners will be intimated within 21 days of the conclusion of Contest, by way of email on the email id of the winner on the applicable platform/s. In the event of no acknowledgement from the concerned winner to the email communication within 30 days, then his prize stand forfeited. The list of the winners will also be posted on the Spice Smart Phones’ Facebook page.
6. The winner should submit the following information, within 30 days of email
communication from Sponsor:
- o Name,
- o Address,
- o One Photograph
- o Age proof,
- o Residence proof,
- o Proof of identity.
- o Copy of PAN Card
- o Copy of e-mail confirmation of win
7. The prize/s will be distributed / delivered to the winners by Sponsor , within 30 days of submission of all necessary documents. It is the responsibility of the winners to inform Sponsor of the address of communication or any change thereof for the proper delivery of the prizes. If the winner absents from taking the delivery of the prize and fails to collect the same within 45 days from submission of requisite documents, then his prize shall stand forfeited.
8. Sponsor has sole discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of Contest Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to selection of winner and disqualification of entries or Participants.
9. The prizes are non-endorsable, not transferable and non-substitutable. The prizes are offered on 'NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND' basis. Sponsor will entertain no requests for exchange in lieu of the Prize/s.
10. In case of any defect or deficiency in the prize delivered, the Winner shall contact the customer care. The Participants understand that the standard warranty terms shall apply to the prizes. EXCEPT ABOVE, SPONSOR ACCEPTS NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING MERCHATABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winners and/or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against the Sponsor
12. The prizes (smartphones & headphones) may vary in appearance from the visuals shown on the contest page or any communication.
