This Facebook application namely “Royale Feast”(hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is brought to you by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “McDonalds/ Company”), which is operating the McDonalds restaurants in North and East India.

| 2. |
McDonald’s “Royale Feast” contest is valid from 28th April to 24th May 2014.
|
|
| 3. |
Facebook user visiting the facebook application may play the “Royale Feast” contest.
|
|
| 4. |
Facebook user participating in the contest will have to successfully drag and drop the correct product ingredients in the right order to make a royale burger( Paneer or chicken). There is no time limit to the contest and the timer would start once the user starts the contest.

|
|
| 5. |
Every week a winner will be announced basis the participant who takes the shortest time to complete the contest.
|
|
|
| 6. |
Winner of the ‘Royale Feast’ contest will be that participant who completes the burger in the least amount of time than rest of the players. Every week a winner will be chosen and announced. The winners will be rewarded with a Food Voucher entitling him to two Royale Extra value meals (Medium).

| 7. |
There will be 4 lucky winners from 28th April to 24th May 2014.

| 8. |
In case of a tie, the participant who achieve the shortest time first will be the winner.
|
|
|
| 9. |
This Food Voucher is valid till 3oth June in all McDonald’s outlets in North & East India only serving Royale products.
|
|
|
| 10. |
The Food Voucher needs to be produced, in original, at the outlet and will be retained by McDonald’s restaurant on redemption.
|

| 11. |
Photocopies or duplicates or torn copies of the Food Voucher shall not be accepted or shall not be deemed valid.
|
|
|
| 12. |
If the value of the order placed is more than the value of the Food Voucher then the excess value will be paid by the purchaser and if the value of the order is less than the value of the Food Voucher then no refund will be given.

| 13. |
This Food Voucher is not valid on McDelivery.
|
|
|
| 14. |
All trademarks, copyrights or service marks of McDonalds produced in this application are sole property of McDonalds.

| 15. |
Product images are for illustrations only and the actual product may vary from the images shown.

| 16. |
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/scheme of McDonald’s.

This Food Voucher is non transferrable or exchangeable for cash.

This Food Voucher is not meant for sale separately.
|

All prices of the products in the restaurants are exclusive of taxes.

In case of any dispute or difference of opinion with respect to the contest/application/ offer, the decision of McDonald’s shall be final and binding.

The contest can be withdrawn/altered/changed at any time at the sole discretion of McDonald’s without any prior notice.

Participation in this Contest constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions stated herein.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
