1. Participation is voluntary and no purchase is required to submit the contest entry.
2. Contest is valid in all cities pan India.
3. How to participate:
Users can visit www.saruthakejiyo.in/1001Gifts/ and they will be guided through the steps of participation for
the contest.
4. HDFC Life reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this contest.
5. Contest begins at 12pm on Monday (12th December 2013) and ends at 12PM on Friday (10th January 2014).
The winners will be announced on 14th
January 2014.
6. HDFC Life reserves the right to disqualify or block any entries /participants that demotivate, defame or abuse
any participant.
7. HDFC Life reserves the right to extend the deadline for participation.
8. Winners will be gratified at the sole discretion of HDFC Life. No correspondence in this regard will be
entertained.
9. The date of announcement of winners will be decided by HDFC Life & winners will be notified via email &/or
sms for further communication.
10. The items to be dispatched as gratification will be announced on www.saruthakejiyo.in/1001Gifts/ during
various stages of the contest. This information will also be communicated to the contest winners personally, as
mentioned above.
11. Winners will receive their gift within 60 days, from the time we receive their contact details. All associated
costs for using/operating the prize, subsequent to delivery of prize, shall be borne by the winner only.
12. Corporate, Dealer Agencies, employees of HDFC Life, its business associates and their immediate family
members are not allowed to take part in this Contest.
13. HDFC Life shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in
compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or
for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control. Participants shall be informed of such
discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
15. HDFC Life is not responsible for participants not being able to understand the contest mechanics, or their
misinterpretation of the same.
16. By entering you agree to these terms and conditions.
