1.	To be eligible for prizes / gifts, reviewers must be legal residents of India with valid e-mail id address, and must be at least 13 years old. Employees of Philips India Limited (“Philips”) and their immediate family members (Parents, spouse, siblings and children) are not eligible for prizes / gifts. Employees, officers and directors of partner agencies and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household of such employees/officers/directors, whether related or not, are not eligible for prizes / gifts. This promotional scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative scheme or promotion.
2.	Only reviews for consumer products submitted on the Philips India website using the "Write a review" form during the promotion period: 09-Dec-2013 to 29-Dec-2013, will be considered. You can submit reviews using the link provided above. Submission and acceptance of reviews is also subject to "Customer ratings and reviews terms and conditions" and "Review guidelines" which are accessible from the page. Acceptance / intimation of submitted reviews normally takes 2 - 4 business days, but may at times take longer.
3.	The first 2,000 eligible reviewers will receive a gift of a Flipkart e-Gift Voucher worth Rs. 500/- which can be used on www.flipkart.com. Use of the Flipkart e-Gift Vouchers are subject to the terms & conditions of Flipkart.com / Flipkart Internet Private Limited. In no circumstances shall Philips assume any liability arising out of, including but not limited to any query, loss, damage, fault, problem, defect regarding the gifts.
4.	All eligible reviewers during the promotion period (including those receiving the Flipkart e-Gift Voucher) will qualify for participation for the lucky draw prizes.
5.	The reviewers agree that Philips has the complete discretion to decide / declare the final results and under no circumstances will the participant hold Philips responsible for any Non-Qualification.
6.	Winners of prizes / gifts will be contacted via the email address submitted with the review. Philips will not be responsible for consequences of any inaccuracy / unavailability of the provided e-mail address. Winners also agree to cooperate with Philips in fulfilling any legal obligation (if applicable).
7.	Philips reserves the right to select the Winners of the lucky draw prizes. The decision of Philips in choosing the lucky draw winners will be final and binding. Products will be given on as is where is basis and no exchange or encashment will be permissible. Prizes / gifts will be dispatched by the end of January 2014.
