Terms and Conditions
• The submission period begins 19th March,2014 and ends 28th March, 2014.
• To be eligible, you must be an Indian National above the age of 13 years, residing in India. Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial and non-commercial entities cannot participate. The photo must not violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to copyright and trade mark rights. For example, photo entry must not defame, infringe or violate publicity or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's, entity's or organization's personal or proprietary rights, including but not limited to, intellectual property right.
• The photo must not not instigate others to commit illegal activities or violate human rights. You acknowledge that your photo entry may appear on Earth Hour India’s/ WWF-India’s/ING Vysya Bank’s Facebook wall after it has been submitted, and may appear in other electronic and print materials related to the Contest, including promotional materials. By submitting a photo entry, you irrevocably, perpetually, and without limitation, grant Earth Hour India, WWF-India & ING Vysya Bank the right to use, publish, adapt, sub-license, edit, dispose of, and/or modify such photo entry in any way, in commerce, and in any and all media worldwide in electronic and print materials related to the Contest.
• Each participant is allowed only one entry.
• No purchase necessary.
• Winners will be decided by Judges on the basis of the best picture & the best caption.
• Winners will be listed on Facebook by ING Vysya Bank and Earth Hour India on or after 1st April 2014.
• Notwithstanding the above, ING Vysya Bank reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary the prize with others of equal value, without assigning any reason or giving prior notification.
• ING Vysya Bank reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions of this event without prior notice. ING Vysya Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any problems, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to the winner resulting from their participation in the use of the prize.
• The winning entry (/entries) will be selected by a jury comprising representatives from WWF-India and ING Vysya Bank.
• The decision of ING VYSYA BANK on all matters related to the Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding upon all participants/guardians. ING VYSYA BANK shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any participant on any matter relating to the Contest
• Participants are required to adhere to the Terms and Conditions. ING Vysya Bank reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s) in the event any of the Terms and Conditions is not adhered to.
• By participating in the Contest, all participants agree to release and hold ING VYSYA BANK harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, costs, expenses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, for the following:
1. The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any of the prizes or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Contest; or
2. The participation in the Contest or any prize-related activities; or
3. The malfunction of any computer system or equipment.
4. Infringement of any third party intellectual property rights
• The products and services offered as prize have not been certified by the Bank and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this contest be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by the Bank, either express or implied and customer may avail this voluntarily.
• Bank does not assume any responsibility, whatsoever, for the products or services offered as prize. The products and services are sold or provided solely by respective merchants/service providers under such terms and conditions as determined by such merchant/service provider and Bank accepts no liability, whatsoever, in connection with the products and services.
