The contest is promoted by Johnson & Johnson Limited, Consumer Products Division, 30 Forjett Street, Mumbai 400036 ("Company").
Duration of the Contest : 15^th to 30^th March, 2014
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Johnson & Johnson Limited and not to Facebook.
By participating in the Contest, you confirm that you have understood the instructions for participation and are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Entry is open only to Indian citizens who are 18 years of age or above as on the date of commencement of the Contest.
The Contest is not open to (i) persons who have an agreement or contract with any third parties that would prohibit such persons from participating in the Contest; (ii) the employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including each of their immediate family members of (a) Company, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, "J&J Entities"); and (iii) advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of prizes, and persons or entities connected with the promotion of the Contest.
Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
Personal information if asked for shall be used for communicating with you in connection with the Contest and shall be governed by thePrivacy policy of Johnson & Johnson Limited. Some personal information may be made available by the Facebook functionality and you shall be notified by Facebook before it is shared. Personal information shall be used for contacting winning contestants.
Where content/personal information are submitted on behalf of a contestant, Company assumes that approval for such submission and participation in the contest has been obtained from the persons named as participant and they are eligible for entry and aware of the terms and conditions of the contest and shall be bound by the same. Company shall not be responsible for any damage/injury/loss caused either to you or other user as a result of such use.
Winners / Prizes:Winners shall be chosen from amongst the eligible participants. The decision the Company shall be final.
- Winners shall be notified by email at the address provided. They shall be informed of further steps if any, to be complied before receipt of prize. Failure to comply will result in automatic disqualification.
- If a winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize shall be awarded to the next qualifying participant.
- All the details of the prizes including but not limited to choice of dates, choice of airlines, choice of hotels etc. will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Applicable taxes and levies if any shall be borne by the winners
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, shall be accepted as they are and are subject to any terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Company. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited or disposed off at the discretion of the Company.
- No costs incurred by the winner(s) in taking part in the contest or any other costs shall be reimbursed by the Company.
Rules re. Content :Contestants shall abide by following rules and the Company reserves the right to withhold or remove content of the type set forth below:
- Content shall not contain Adverse Event regarding use of the Company or its affiliates' products. Please contact the consumer helpline listed on the product pack.
- Content shall not contain any request, recommend or suggest product usage information, remedies from any ailment or any request specifically to be addressed or answered by a doctor.
- No content shall contain off-label use of the Company or its affiliates' products.
- Content that gives suggestions/ideas for product/packs/advertisement and any such advice not solicited by the Company. If however, such content is submitted, they shall become the property of the Company without compensation or notice.
- Content that is libellous, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, threatening
Submitted Content--Representations Made and Rights Granted
- Contestant is responsible for all Content submitted, posted, or otherwise made available to or through the web page/web property. By doing so, contestant represents and warrants to the Company that such content is original, not confidential and that contestant has all necessary permission to submit, post and otherwise make available such Content.
- With respect to Content submitted, Contestant grants to the Company a non-exclusive permission and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute , publicly perform, and publicly display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide via the web page/web property or otherwise, and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, failure in transmission of information due to network, technical, electronic failures or any other conditions beyond the control of the Company.
Company reserves the right to alter the terms & conditions, terminate, or suspend the Contest at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, without liability and participants shall be governed by the terms & conditions as varied by Company. Company's decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final, conclusive and binding on all Participants and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
